Eligible Customers for J Lock Care+ Renewal Service Application

• Customers who have purchased smart locks listed in the eligible renewal service model list.
• For first-time renewal applicants:
  • The smart lock is still within the warranty period;
  • If the warranty has expired, the expiration must be less than three months; and
  • Proof of purchase and warranty certificate must be provided.
• For second or subsequent renewal applicants:
• Customers who have previously participated in the first renewal plan are entitled to apply for the second renewal plan;
• The smart lock is still within the warranty period;
• If the warranty has expired, the expiration must be less than three months; and
• Proof of purchase and warranty certificate must be provided.
